Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a technically fluent Specialist Account Executive to drive AI‑driven transformation across AI, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts. You will engage executive, data, and IT leaders to deliver measurable business value and accelerate platform adoption.

Strategy, multi‑cloud solutions, and a customer‑centric approach will be essential as you partner with internal teams to expand Agentforce adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive revenue with complex SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI and data-driven technologies.
• Experience leading consultative discovery conversations.
• Ability to articulate business impact of AI-powered platforms.
• Comfort navigating diverse buying environments.
• Engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience selling Agentforce/Data Cloud/Salesforce Platform.

Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate AI‑driven transformation and align business objectives with advanced data and AI capabilities.
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities to modernize customer engagement and operational models using Salesforce's AI‑first platform.
• Drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex, multi‑cloud solutions and demonstrating measurable business value through AI‑powered outcomes.
• Engage both business and technical stakeholders—including executive, data, and IT leaders—to accelerate platform adoption.
• Measure success through AI and Data Cloud consumption, expanding platform adoption, and influencing stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and Partners—to deliver cohesive, customer‑centric solutions.
