Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for Agentforce with deep AI expertise to drive revenue growth in mid-market and commercial segments (200–4,500 employees). You will partner with the Salesforce Sales team, lead discovery, and articulate how Agentforce’s AI agents, automation, APIs, and Data Cloud deliver measurable business value.

You’ll craft compelling POVs, work across cross-functional teams, and manage opportunities from qualification to close, ensuring a seamless customer

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales.
Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including experience configuring agents and APIs.
Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
Strong ability to translate AI solutions into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities across existing and new customers.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and articulate Agentforce capabilities.
Craft POVs that connect AI capabilities to business value for decision-makers.
Collaborate across Salesforce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
