Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong technical background in Data & AI-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and build enduring client relationships. You will leverage Agentforce, Data 360, and the Salesforce stack to design tailored, scalable engagement models for both B2B and B2C contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technical environments.
• Deep knowledge of Data, AI, and machine learning concepts as they apply to customer engagement.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at existing and new customers.
• Articulate how Salesforce Product stack delivers tailored solutions within clients' architectures.
• Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate impact at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities matching the ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations to map client needs to Agentforce capabilities.
• Showcase POVs that demonstrate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience through the sales process.
• Align solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives.
• Present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.
