Ideal candidates have a strong track record in technical selling, stakeholder management, and strategic negotiation. This role emphasizes collaboration across the Salesforce platform to transform customer engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technical environments.
• Deep knowledge of Data, AI, and ML concepts and agent platforms.
• Experience selling Data & AI-driven customer engagement solutions on Salesforce.
• Able to map client needs to Salesforce's Agentforce capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at current and new customers.
• Articulate Salesforce Product stack to deliver tailored solutions for customer engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive technical discovery and map business problems to solutions.
• Source and qualify opportunities fitting the ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations and present compelling use cases to buyers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Highlight alignment of solutions with clients' long-term objectives.
