Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments to ensure areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.
• Lead by presence and support team performance during closing hours.
• Maintain GOLD Standards and ensure a positive member experience across all areas.
• Ensure proper onboarding, certifications, training, and audit readiness for food safety and operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and coordinate with club leadership as needed.
