Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Closing Manager in Nashua, NH to lead club operations, including Recovery and Utility teams, and ensure outstanding member service. You will supervise daily closing routines, uphold safety standards, and drive performance with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications include 2 years in retail or perishable ops, forklift certification, and open- shift availability. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Experience with inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• Forklift Certification required; basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-day closing operations for perishable departments and related teams.
• Directly manage or mentor the Closing Manager, Recovery, and Utility teams.
• Ensure adherence to GOLD standards and food safety procedures.
• Lead with safety, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with Club leadership.
