BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Closing Manager to lead club operations and drive daily performance, including overseeing Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments during closing shifts. You will ensure clean, stocked conditions and maintain safety and audit readiness while coaching team members to deliver a premier member experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-of-day execution: oversee closing and ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.
• Lead by presence during closing to support team performance.
• Maintain GOLD standards and ensure customer experience remains premier.
• Ensure all departments are fully functional through closing and resolve member concerns.
• Coach onboarding and certifications to maintain food safety and training standards.
