Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• Experience managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments during closing.
• Walk floor during closing to observe execution and support performance.
• Maintain GOLD Standards and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coach onboarding and certifications; reinforce ServSafe and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with club leadership to improve closing routines and member experience.
