Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations required.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• Forklift Certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain all training and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recovery, Utility, Perishables and overnight prep to ensure readiness for morning open.
• Lead by presence; walk floor during closing hours to engage with Members and team.
• Guarantee daily GOLD Standards for customer experience.
• Ensure departments are clean, stocked, and ready for the next day.
• Coach onboarding and certifications; enforce training for ServSafe, PPE, and dept-specific training.
• Operate forklift safely and ensure equipment readiness.
