Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Whiteville, NC is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the night shift, working 5 days per week with start between 2–5pm. Shifts include Fri/Sat/Sun. We close at 10pm Sun–Thu and 11pm Fri–Sat; role is 40 hours or slightly above.

Compensation up to $20/hour with benefits after 6 months and paid vacation. Overtime available for top performers; hands-on leadership and strong communication are essential to deliver quality food and outstanding service.

• Experienced restaurant leader with drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate who ensures customers leave happy.
• Hands-on style of leadership and upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:
