Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Dunn, NC is seeking a Closing Manager to lead nightly operations on a 5-day shift starting between 2-5 pm, with Fri/Sat/Sun as required shifts and closing times up to 11 pm on weekends.

You will oversee drive-thru, ensure top service standards, manage nightly shutdown procedures, and coach a hands-on team to deliver great food and guest experiences. Overtime opportunities exist for top performers, with vacation benefits after six months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to closing times (up to 11 pm on Fri/Sat) and 40+ hour work weeks.
• Manage drive‑thru and guest interactions to prevent unhappy customers.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:
