Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager to lead nightly closing operations. The role covers end-of-day procedures, drive-thru coordination, and guest service, with shifts five days a week starting between 2-5pm and Fri/Sat/Sun as expected posting days.

The position offers compensation up to $20 per hour, with overtime for top performers, and benefits after six months of service including paid vacation and well-maintained facilities.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.
