Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the closing shift five days per week, with shifts starting between 2-5pm and Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays as required. The operation closes at 10pm Sun-Thu and 11pm Fri-Sat, totaling roughly 40 hours or more per week.

Competitive compensation up to $20/hour with benefits after six months. The candidate will manage nightly shutdowns, uphold guest service standards, and maintain high-quality food and equipment.

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:
