Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the night operations and ensure flawless nightly shutdown. The role requires managing the closing shift 5 days per week, with start between 2-5pm, and Fridays to Sundays as expected shifts.

You'll oversee high standards of guest service, food quality, and equipment maintenance, with a hands-on leadership approach. Expect opportunities for overtime and benefits after 6 months, with compensation up to $20 per

Responsabilités

• Close shifts 5 days per week, starting between 2–5pm, with Fri/Sat/Sun as expected shifts.
• Oversee nightly shutdown, equipment maintenance and sanitation.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality at all times.
• Lead by example with a hands-on leadership approach and clear communication.

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat

Closing Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate- do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs. from ground up
