Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager to lead our restaurant during the closing shift. The role involves managing a 40-hour week with shifts starting between 2–5pm, and Friday to Sunday being required closing days.

The team focuses on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service while we stay open until 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm Friday–Saturday. The ideal candidate brings restaurant leadership experience, a hands-on style, and a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage closing shift five days a week with 2–5pm start window.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
