Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in the timeshare industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to create worksheets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Check contract files to ensure proper signatures, dates, and notarization where appropriate.
• Check all contracts and deeds for accuracy and signatures.
• Correct all documents that need correction.
• Contact owners and/or sales sites with corrections for conversion paperwork.
• Enter notes into system for accounts accepted for closing.
• Organize closings and ensure all requirements are met.
• Process closing exceptions in a timely manner.
