Qualifications

• Possess and maintain Notary credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to owners during closings and ensure confidence in their purchase.
• Assist with contracts and processes in the office as needed.
• Verify all documents for accuracy and check contracts for errors.
• Handle misrepresentation concerns and client disputes.
• Maintain a low net cancellation rate.
