Capital Vacations, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an organized contracts administrator to support the closing process for timeshare conversions. You will verify signatures, dates, and notarization on contract files and deeds, correct discrepancies, and communicate required changes with owners and sales sites.

You will also enter notes into the system for accounts cleared for closing, coordinate closings with title companies, and monitor closing exceptions to ensure timely completion.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in the timeshare industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to create worksheets in Excel.

Job Description

• Check contract files to make sure all documents are properly signed, witnessed, dated and notarized where appropriate
• Check all contracts and deeds for accuracy, signatures, etc.
• Correct all documents that need correction
• Contact owners and/or sales sites with any corrections needed for conversion paperwork
• Entering notes into our system of the accounts that were accepted for closing into the club
• Organizing all closings and following through with every detail until the requirements and expectations are met.
• Process all closing exceptions in a timely manner

Additional Principle Duties:

• Receive all contract files into TSW
• Sort all conversion contract files
• Check contract files to make sure all documents are properly signed, witnessed, dated and notarized where appropriate
• Check all contracts and deeds for accuracy, signatures, etc.
• Correct all documents that need correction
• Contact owners and/or sales sites with any corrections needed for conversion paperwork
• Entering notes into our system of the accounts that were accepted for closing into the club
• Organizing all closings and following through with every detail until the requirements and expectations are met.
• Process all closing exceptions in a timely manner
• Check and verify loan payment accounts are paid in full in order to convert file
• Get contract files properly prepared for closing with title company
• Scan all files into system for title company
• Email sites with any errors
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Exceptional math skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Ability to create worksheets proficiently in Excel
• Effective organizational skills
• Timeshare Ware a plus

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
