Job summary

Capital Vacations seeks an experienced Regional Manager, Contract Compliance to lead contract compliance and QA across Myrtle Beach and Tennessee markets. You will ensure accurate, compliant closings and manage site QA leadership while coordinating with Sales, Legal and Operations.

This role emphasizes ownership of the closing process, regulatory alignment, and developing teams to sustain owner confidence and retention. Travel between markets is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vacation ownership/timeshare experience.
• Background in QA, Contract Compliance, Closing or Sales Administration.
• Previous leadership or multi-site management experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of vacation ownership contracts, disclosures, rescission, financing docs, and closing procedures.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contract Compliance/QA operations across Myrtle Beach and Tennessee.
• Personally conduct and close vacation ownership transactions with high accuracy and compliance.
• Coach and develop site QA/Contract Compliance leadership and team.
• Ensure contracts, disclosures, funding docs meet standards.
• Monitor rescissions, cancellations, closing performance, and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and executives.
• Identify compliance concerns and resolve owner issues.
• Conduct site visits, audits, training, and performance reviews.
• Implement consistent processes to protect the company while ensuring a confident owner closing experience.
