Responsibilities

• Answer owner questions about property use and amenities and offer recommendations.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support follow-ups.
• Advise Sales on ownership contracts, titles, financing, and pre-approval.
• Ensure signed paperwork is accurate and complete with all information.
• Respond to Sales requests about contract status and needed information.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty, including up-selling.
