Job summary

Oracle is seeking a client-facing healthcare transformation leader to drive workforce optimization, staffing efficiency, and outcomes for healthcare organizations. You will build partnerships with executives and clinical stakeholders, guide transformation initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new workflows and technologies.

The role focuses on clinical and operational improvements across the Workforce and Workload portfolio, including staffing, acuity-driven decisions, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
• RN or other active clinical licensure.
• 5+ years of higher education and/or professional experience related to responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and caregiver utilization.
• Guide customers through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
• Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
• Own and manage customer value measurement plans to achieve business and clinical outcomes.
