Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Valid CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.
• Ability to obtain TMS administration certification within one month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
• Assist with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments according to provider protocols and monitor patients during sessions.
• Support Spravato treatment services and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
