Job summary

Relief Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support in our fast-paced behavioral health clinics. You will assist providers with patient care tasks, administer TMS treatments, support Spravato services, and help maintain accurate patient records and workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred, especially behavioral health.
• Ability to maintain EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, empathetic patient support to patients and families.
• Greet patients and assist at the clinic front desk and reception.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person; schedule appointments.
• Review forms for accuracy and assist patients with required paperwork.
• Assist with vital signs, point-of-care testing, and patient assessments.
• Administer and monitor TMS treatments per provider protocols.
• Support Spravato treatment services and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and documentation in EHR.
• Coordinate care with providers, clinic leadership, and staff.
