Job summary

Relief Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support, assisting with TMS treatments and Spravato services while maintaining accurate patient records. You will help with patient intake, room preparation, and inventory management in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience, especially behavioral health, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; CPR/AED certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and clinical support, greet patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Assist with TMS and Spravato treatments, document patient responses, and monitor for adverse effects.
• Maintain exam rooms, assist with inventory, and ensure accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to support patient care and operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
