Job summary

EventusWholeHealth in the United States is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, coordinating workflows and enhancing communication across patients and care teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Regular travel to assigned facilities is required to support care delivery and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/CNA/PCT preferrred.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or CNA/PCT credentials strongly encouraged.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, documentation, and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison among clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support care delivery.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by clinicians.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including labs and diagnostic data.
