Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to join our clinical care team. You will coordinate workflows with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff to ensure efficient, high‑quality patient care and clear communication between patients, providers, and care teams.

Responsibilities include preparing for rounds, assisting with encounter documentation and scheduling, and supporting telehealth visits to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred CMA/CNA/PCT certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with all patient information, documentation, and schedules ready.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules for admissions, discharges, and acute changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including labs, diagnostics, and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation properly.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate census and records.
