EventusWholeHealth seeks a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, documentation, and schedules.
• Support clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Liaise between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to ensure quality care.
• Triage needs and document as directed by the clinician.
• Organize clinical documentation including labs and diagnostic data.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care.
• Obtain and route patient consents appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and maintain accurate census and records.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.
