EventusWholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team and coordinate workflows across facilities. You will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and staff to ensure efficient documentation, scheduling, and patient communications for high-quality care.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while supporting families and patients through effective care

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMA, CNA, or PCT certification/registration preferred.
• Previous patient-care experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules (admissions, discharges, changes).
• Act as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and care.
