EventusWholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams. The role emphasizes clinical support, administrative coordination, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, contributing to efficient patient care delivery while maintaining strong organizational skills and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred CMA/CNA/PCT certification or registration.
• At least 1 year of patient care experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient info and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation and chart prep.
• Coordinate patient schedules including admissions and discharges.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route docs appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate care updates.
• Support discharge planning and accurate census updates.
• Represent the organization professionally in partner facilities.
