Job summary

EventusWholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to bolster the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams. You will work with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff to ensure efficient care delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring patient information and schedules are ready.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients and families.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation including lab results and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate census and records.
