Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead a store team and partner with the Brand Manager to achieve clinical goals. This role entails supervising clinicians, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and driving revenue through exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail management or clinical leadership experience, an associate degree or related certification, and strong communication skills to mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Strong communication skills and a customer/patient care orientation; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager to meet clinical goals.
• Occasionally act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Drive store revenue by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets while delivering outstanding service.
• Train, coach, and supervise Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, Contact Lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure compliance with training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintain detailed patient records with confidentiality.
• Uphold store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when needed.
• Coach cross-trained staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses and inventory maintenance.
