Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team and collaborate with the Brand Manager to deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting store performance.

You will supervise the Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, provide training, and maintain accurate patient records. This role often serves as Manager on Duty, guiding operations and sales to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Ops.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store goals.
• Greet patients and drive revenue while delivering strong service.
• Resolve customer issues through training and troubleshooting.
• Provide direction to Doctor Technicians on diagnostics and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on lens care and protocols.
