Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with the Brand Manager to supervise clinical services, manage daily operations, and act as Manager on Duty to hit store goals.

The role emphasizes coaching Doctor Technicians, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and training staff on PEG standards while ensuring a memorable patient experience in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• An associate degree or higher, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Ops guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve overall store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and guide product/service options.
• Train Doctor Technicians on PEG clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Ensure store brand standards and basic housekeeping tasks.
• Coach cross-trained staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses.
• Oversee diagnostic lens inventory weekly and reconcile as needed.
