Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store’s clinical team and partner with the Brand Manager to deliver outstanding patient care. The role focuses on supervising clinical operations, training staff, and meeting store goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• An associate's degree or higher, or current enrollment in a related program.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexible to adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Google Docs.
• Optical or clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and support clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to meet store goals and drive operations and sales.
• Greet patients, assess needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and supervise Doctor Technicians in diagnostic testing and clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Coach cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal and order protocols.
