You will supervise staff under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Department and serve as Manager on Duty to support daily operations and sales objectives.

The role emphasizes coaching Doctor Technicians, ensuring HIPAA-compliant records, and maintaining brand standards while fostering outstanding customer experiences in an on-site store location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients, assess needs, and guide them to products and services.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic and contact lens procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and store brand standards.
