Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach store teams in delivering high-quality patient care. You will supervise the clinical staff, act as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to meet clinical and sales goals while upholding HIPAA compliance.

• Familiarity with basic office tools like MS Word/Google Docs; optical/clinical exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while informing them about products/services.
• Drive store revenue by meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets with outstanding service.
• Resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction through training and troubleshooting.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostics, local mode, refracting, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines, procedures, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality; uphold store brand standards.
