Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and team-work skills.
• Passion for exceptional patient/customer care and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products/services.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets while delivering outstanding service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic procedures and PEG standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and housekeeping are maintained.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and care.
• Oversee inventory and protocols for diagnostic lenses and trials.
