Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead store teams in delivering quality patient care. You will supervise clinical staff, drive sales, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of retail/clinical leadership, an associate degree or higher, strong communication and mentorship skills, and a readiness to coach Doctor Technicians in clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher certification, or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and scheduling needs.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, and basic office tools.
• Optical/clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs and explain products and services.
• Drive store revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide supervision and training to Doctor Technicians on clinical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with training guidelines, protocols, and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and store brand standards.
• Coach Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and related protocols.
