Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team, supervise clinical operations, and drive daily performance under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department. You may also act as Manager on Duty to ensure overall store success.

You will greet patients, coach technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, train staff on PEG standards, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store operational and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Troubleshoot issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Doctor Technicians on procedures and standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintenance of patient records.
• Maintain store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when needed.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on insertion/removal of contact lenses and inventory management.
