Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team, work with the Brand Manager, and ensure clinical goals are met under Clinical Operations guidance. You may also serve as Manager on Duty to support daily store performance and patient care.

Responsibilities include coaching Doctor Technicians, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and delivering high-quality service while training staff on pre-testing, refraction, and lens workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring and training others.
• Knowledge of basic office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team to meet clinical goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Train staff on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, and contact lens care.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and accountable store housekeeping.
