Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Clinical Operations Department. You will act as Manager on Duty to drive clinical and sales goals, coach technicians, and ensure HIPAA-compliant record keeping.

You will mentor staff in diagnostic testing, refraction, and contact lens care while maintaining brand standards and delivering excellent patient experiences. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or clinical leadership experience.
• An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operational and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products/services to ensure a memorable experience.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing, local mode, refraction, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when needed.
• Train Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens procedures.
