Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager in achieving clinical goals. You will act as Manager on Duty to drive store performance and ensure quality patient care.

You will train technicians, oversee diagnostic testing, and maintain accurate patient records while upholding HIPAA standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products/services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, Local Mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory.
