Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure the delivery of quality patient care under Clinical Operations guidance.

You will mentor Doctor Technicians, coordinate training, and act as Manager on Duty to meet clinical and sales goals while upholding HIPAA and brand standards. Strong communication, retail/clinical leadership, and flexibility are essential; optical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations and sales.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, and Digital Refraction.
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines, protocols, and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping to support a professional environment.
