Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will partner with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to drive clinical goals and daily performance.

The role focuses on mentoring Doctor Technicians, maintaining patient records under HIPAA, and delivering outstanding customer service while helping meet store revenue targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department and act as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and clinical standards developed by Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, and digital refraction.
• Oversee protocols for patient contact lens orders and trials, and maintain inventory weekly.
