Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team, train staff, and ensure high-quality clinical services while achieving sales goals. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and act as Manager on Duty to support daily operations and a remarkable patient experience.

You will ensure the team adheres to clinical standards, maintains records with HIPAA compliance, and delivers exceptional service.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
Associates degree or higher or currently enrolled in a related program.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.

Responsibilities

Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
Drive sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while delivering top-notch service.
Supervise Doctors and Technicians, overseeing diagnostics, testing, and PEG clinical standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Coach staff on procedures, training, and proper use of contact lenses and related equipment.
