Job summary

Stanton Optical, an Now Optics brand, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead store team delivering high-quality patient care. You will supervise clinical staff, act as Manager on Duty, and partner with Clinical Operations to meet daily goals while ensuring HIPAA compliant records and excellent patient experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
Associate degree or higher, or enrolled in a comparable program.
Strong communication in fast-paced team environments.
Passion for exceptional patient care and mentoring others.
Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs.
Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and basic office tools.
Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations.
Greet patients and identify needs to enhance the experience and explain products/services.
Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting revenue targets.
Provide supervision and training to Doctor Technicians on PEG clinical standards and tests.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Coach cross-trained staff on contact lens fitting and inventory management.
