Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team and supervise Doctor Technicians, ensuring quality patient care and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will train staff, drive service and sales goals, and occasionally act as Manager on Duty to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support overall store goals and operations.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services for a memorable experience.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide supervision and coaching to Doctor Technicians on diagnostics and lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, and certification requirements are followed.
