Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to coach the store team and drive clinical excellence in a busy on-site location. You will partner with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to meet patient care goals while coaching staff and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will supervise Doctors and Technicians, train on diagnostic testing, digital refraction, and PEG clinical standards, while striving to exceed service and sales targets and maintain high quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma required.
• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to guide product/service options.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service to meet revenue goals.
• Resolve issues and train staff on troubleshooting and customer care techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians on diagnostic testing, pre-testing and refraction processes.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed per Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee inventory and proper lens protocols for orders and trials.
