Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store’s clinical team and ensure quality patient care. You will supervise the clinical services staff, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and clinical standards while supporting store sales goals.

You will act as Manager on Duty, coaching Doctors and Technicians, and aligning training with the Physicians Eyecare Group standards to deliver a remarkable patient experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to the store team to meet clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operational and sales targets.
• Coach and train Doctors and Technicians on diagnostics, pre-testing, local mode, and digital refraction.
