Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in the Greater Atlanta region. You will engage infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and hospital executives to introduce cutting-edge NGS diagnostics and drive adoption across health systems.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Medical Affairs, build trusted advisor relationships, and manage contracts and renewals while demonstrating ROI for partner accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in life sciences/biotech/diagnostics.
• Robust network of hospital and health-system relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and multi-level account management.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in the territory by acquiring new hospital business and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to reach territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for the new diagnostics approach.
• Build and lead a world-class regional commercial organization.
• Manage hospital and health-system accounts; prioritize and segment opportunities.
• Present product features to clinicians and administrators, qualify leads, and drive adoption.
• Partner with Clinical/Medical Affairs to support partner interactions, both remote and in-person.
